Not a completely new game, but newly released to PC and Mac is Auditorium via Steam. I remember playing a flash version of this game years ago and finding it very interesting. It has you bending sound waves to try to fill up different colored containers which then adds more sound to the background music as if you're the composer. It's nice to see a PC and Mac version available now, but this game is probably still available online and also free for iPhone so I'm not sure what they added to now justify a $7 price tag.
